We love watching videos; getting lost in YouTube is one of our all time favorite things to do. The internet is where we turn for our daily fix of cat videos, where we learn how to do our makeup like The Mother Of Dragons, get healthy recipes for dinner, find the best places to vacation, and pick up tips for how to behave in public. But most of all, we love online video creators, because without them, we wouldn’t know anything at all.
It’s hard out there for an online video producer. Our socially driven, internet-obsessed culture moves fast, and video alone is only a small part of what success means in the online video world. Nowadays, you need to be everywhere—tweeting on Twitter, sharing on Facebook, posting to Instagram, Vining, Tumbling, Snapchatting, and a thousand other things.
